Chin’s Wait Room is a New York City–based fitness training brand specializing in developing amateur athletes who aspire to go professional. From boxing to football and MMA, Chin provides tailored training programs to push athletes beyond their limits and prepare them for the next level.
The Challenge
Although Chin had a strong offline presence, he lacked a professional digital hub where athletes could book training sessions, explore services, and see success stories. The absence of online scheduling and testimonials made it harder to convert interest into clients. He also wanted a way to grow an email list and offer value-driven downloads.
